fix(code-extension): correct SDK imports, document sandbox limitations, add run/monitor phases 
Rebased onto current main (skill renamed to data360-code-extension-generate).
Applies three changes on top of the current skill:
- Correct SDK imports (datacustomcode.client / .function_client) and WriteMode enum API
- Document Data Cloud Spark sandbox limitations (blocked UDFs, rdd.map, Arrow) and the toPandas pattern
- Add Phase 5 run steps, Phase 7a/7b org-run flows, and Phase 8 log monitoring
