Rename skill directory and frontmatter name from `explaining-batch-data-transform` to `data-cloud-bdt-expert` per internal PR reviewer feedback. A noun-form name (identifies the skill by what it's about) is clearer than a gerund-form name (describes what it does) for user-facing plugin/skill identity. - skills/explaining-batch-data-transform/ -> skills/data-cloud-bdt-expert/ - SKILL.md frontmatter `name:` updated - tests docstring path updated No behavior change.
